  Kiosk had one person working on a Sunday. There was a line. The rep. did not go through the correct process and my replacement shield was on crocked and had bubbles. It cracked within a week. Went back on a Saturday at 10am. That is the time the kiosk is listed to open. No rep. and the kiosk was covered. I will never purchase a Zagg product again and their customer service at the kiosk was horrible.

  Needed replacement. Tech installed it and said he had done it in such a way that it could be immediately put back in case, which he did. Two days later it peeled off. Went back and cutter was out of order. Different tech told me original guy had been wrong. Tried calling to see if cutter was fixed. No answer. No voice mail.
