  This store has been a nightmare until today. I went in curious about my battery but inquired about my bill, which has been ridiculously high for well over a year, and although I repeated inquired in this store and online, no one could reduce or explain. Anthony Uribe took the time to look up my account to find a $400 error. Of course, the Verizon office would only credit $180, and acted like they were doing me a favor, but Anthony kept my business by taking the time to explain how I could use my devices to save money and data. I have hated Verizon for years, but I think he is the first helpful rep I have ever dealt with (in 12 years). He was exceptionally patient and understanding. For the first time, I left Verizon feeling like my issues were resolved. Thanks Anthony! Give this guy a raise! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!

  Our representative was knowledgeable and very helpful with the entire transaction. He explained the products clearly and succinctly so I was absolutely sure about what I was buying. He would definitely assure a return customer visit.
