After having our chair and ottoman expertly reupholstered by Valley Upholstering, a stray cat wandering into our house and peed all over the ottoman. I was so upset. Not only did they do a fantastic job the second time around, but Joanne felt so badly for me that she didn't charge me. I can't remember the last time that happened to me...if ever!!! Thank you Valley Upholstery!!! You guys are the best!!!
