- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆July 21, 2019, by Alexander RingWhat a horribly incompetent place to buy a computer from. We purchased an iMac for a lab at HSC, received a malfunctioning unit, had it send out for repair. The unit sat in the bookstore without anybody paying attention to it. After intervention from our side they sent it out for repair. It came back with the exact same issue. Second time repair took 2 weeks. And again the computer is sitting at the main campus while it should be delivered to HSC. Terrible
