  Couldn't be happier! I don't normally write reviews but since this was for our engagement, it is important to me. My fiance and I were referred to multiple jewelers through our friends and met with most. We went to UDE, met with Ben, and were immediately introduced to the whole team. Like any couple we had a budget and a design in mind. Ben listened to our concept, offered his professional advice, and also showed us other options close to our design. Additionally he showed us diamonds within our budget and two others slightly out of our budget. The whole process was comfortable and friendly yet it was also very professional. Once we made our decision to go with UDE things went so smoothly. He made sure to give us all his contact info so that we could always feel secure with our decision. He shared every step with us, providing us with the renderings, moldings, etc. I can go on about our whole process and how satisfied we are with UDE but overall I think the main thing for us as customers was that we walked away knowing that we received a beautiful diamond ring (appraisal was double what we expected), friendly professional service and that we were heard. Only towards the end of our meeting did we mention that it was a referral from a friend yet Ben and his team had already gone above and beyond. We are in love with the ring and cant wait to go back for our bands and our future jewels!!
