  As Tru-Vu was a close shop to do the work I needed, I gave them a go to replace my freeway-flying-object cracked windshield. Emilio, seemingly in charge of the shop, in a most friendly manner assured me that the glass on my Lexus GS will be indistinguishable vs. factory despite the low price of around $200. The work was performed on time. The next day I had to return because there was both a part missing from the rear view mirror & also the wipers were put back way off. Before I went back I also discovered dimples on painted moulding securing the glass and also that the rubber seal along the top of the windshield (covered till now by the temp blue tape) was warped. When I pointed out the errors, Emilio was contrite and commented "you learn something new every day." The wipers got adjusted & so did the rubber seal somewhat but not really, at least the missing mirror part was found around the shop and put back on. Basically, the extra cosmetic damage along with the go-back was a greater cost than the whole glass work job, I'd rather have paid triple for a job done right. So, friendly and cheap, but don't think that this will be more than a beauty school job at the beauty school price.
