I went to use a WIC check (like maybe the 20th time I have used at this place) and they didn't want to give me everything that the check said. All of a sudden they had a rule at that target. That is stupid. I explain I have shopped there before and never had this problem. Explained what the check says, and what the book says. But NO they said it was a rule and they can only give me half. Like what the hell. Don't shop there, they rip people off.
