I walked in to the store with the intention of moving my business from ATT to T-Mobile and buying two brand new samsung phones. Within 5 minutes, I turned and walked out because of how AWFUL Jose treated my fiance and myself. He was rude, smug, condescending and unaware of what T-mobile offers. This was honestly the WORST customer service i have ever experienced especially since all he had to do was write up a simple contract. Absolutely shocking how inconsiderate and rude he was. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!
