  The WORST customer service I've ever got in my life. They RUIN T-mobile reputation for sure. I wanted to exchange my defective Galaxy S8 14 days after purchase and they said it was too late since their system counts 15 days. I spent 2 hours there since I knew they are refusing to help just because they dont want to! I asked them to call their manager and she was also rude and unhelpful. They are the biggest liers as they told me the system doesnt allow them to issue an exchange, buttt I went to another store and they exchanged my phone on the same day and they didnt even wait for a second to do that! To T-mobile: it's for your own benefit to fire these people!
