It took us many hours to fix issues caused by trusting what they said (we were switching from another carrier to T-Mobile). And when we came back to resolve yet another issue they denied everything. Didn't even thought to apologize and help to resolve it to customer satisfaction. We had to wait for close to one hour till they finally got to fixing what we came with. Especially bad aftertaste left after dealing with Steven (?, large bearded guy), who lies like he breathes. I would not advise anyone to go to this store and won't ever go there again myself.
