My boyfriend, his mom and dad were trying g to upgrade and pay off some phones and adjust their overall account and bill. They did threw a lot of questions about prices and monthly expenses etc and knew what they wanted... and they we're met with condescending looks and an overall snarky attitude. They didn't come out with new phones as they wanted BUT they did come out with a decision not to come back to this location. Also the parking garage was the grossest garage we've ever parked in. The elevator smelled a toilet, which I u Der stood because WE ARE downtown and every is like a big toilet. it was pretty gross.
