  Let me preface my review by stating that I've been a SPRINT customer for over 10yrs and I feel that they are much better than the other cellphone providers. This by far is the ABSOLUTE WORSE SPRINT store that I've ever visited. The STAFF (2 Latina's were playing with their hair, the one Latino was helping a customer) was COLD as ICE. I just happened to be in the area and thought to pay my bill so I went to the pay kiosk. There were two machines in the store but only one was working. Here is where the HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE began. There was one man trying to make a payment and there was 5 people behind me in line to use 1 machine. The customer was trying to enter his info into the machine but the touch pad wasn't operational. As the line grew and this man was at the machine over 20 minutes, I asked if a CSR could take my payment, get this the silly CSR stated that this store DOESN'T ACCEPT CASH. What kind of mess is this? How can a business not accept cash? When I tried asking. This store is dead in the GHETTO and I know that everyone that visits that store isn't paying by check/credit or debit card. I called SPRINT to complain about & of course I was told they would handle the issue and get back to me. I have yet to receive a call from SPRINT when the service is TERRIBLE but they always want to know when or if they've done a great job.

  Personally Sprint should just go out of business I thought they were you know one of the major carriers at one time but their service sucks now sorry Sprint
