Worst customer service ever. The young girl at the front is so inexperienced with customer service that she helps the customers that just arrived to the store instead of the people waiting for a long period of time. I called to see if my phone had arrived and they said yes, I drove 20 minutes to get there just for them to tell me that it wasn't there. I'm over sprint.
