Worst cell phone experience since they invented cell phones. I've had cell phones since not long after they invented them and I've never had a worse experience than with this store. I went in because my phone was broken, they would not help me unless I bought a phone from them. I had to buy a Galaxy 6 which they first tried to charge me $150 for with a scratched screen finally he said he'd sell it to me for a hundred. I made sure they knew I only wanted it until my Note 5 was repaired which should be a day or two. As soon as I left the store I realized the reason the charger wire kept falling out while the guy was talking to me is the charging port is no good. I could not get the phone to charge anyway except for wireless I had 5 charging cables of my own which work fine in every other Android phone they would not charge at all. I bought a new one which charged intermittently and then stopped working. I was in the desert and I was lost with no GPS because my phone was dead. When I finally made it back to LA I called the store and the guy told me I was just making it up so I could return the phone. I asked to speak with the manager they said he was not available when I went to the store they once again told me he wasn't available then all of a sudden he popped out of the back. What a shady way to run a business. After much negotiating they would not give me back my money they would not take back the phone and they found a charging cable that halfway worked and they told me that was proof that it was a good phone. I asked them to turn my phone back on which I had repaired so I could get out of there. They told me they couldn't because they threw away my SIM card which I had told them I needed to have turned back on as soon as I got my phone fixed. I went to a Sprint corporate store afterwards the experience was 180 degrees difference. Do yourself a favor do not go to this store and when possible go to Sprint owned stores.
