She explained the ranges in prices thoroughly. She gracefully accommodated a change in plans after the initial order was placed. She cheerfully offered to refund the difference because the new order was less expensive. Delivery and pick up of the tables and chairs was prompt and efficient. I will use Smart Party Rents again.
