  This company hands down is the best so far First off (and this part should probably go without saying) Sean is incredibly knowledgeable in both PC and, in my case, Mac products that date back to the early 2000's and even before that. Even over the phone he was incredibly helpful, steering me towards potential secondary options if my laptop ended up being unsalvageable. Came in for a situation with an old 2008 Mac laptop, that hadn't turned on for years, and he nicked that one in a matter of seconds, determining that it was a problem with power supply. He steered me to a new a battery, without charging me anything, and on top of that, was dope enough to have me back to wipe the drive and reinstall a new OS. He's always super friendly, and accommodating, especially given the fact that he seems to be really busy. Both times that I've been here, he's had lots happy customers, in and out the entire time. I also know he's often out of the office, working on site jobs, but he's still super responsive. Definitely go here first if you ever run into issues with your PC or MAC.
