    Be Very Careful If Considering Buying Here..... I went to buy an expensive refrigerator and from them & at the last second the ugly truth appeared. The free delivery seems to be a scam. The lady told me that they strongly recommend paying $125 for delivery because the free delivery service usually damages the appliances, and taking the old refrigerator away is $25 extra. Then she said "I'm just being honest", I appreciate her honesty but Pacific Appliance seems to be a large scale scam business. I'm going back to Sears Outlet in Torrance to buy the exact same brand new refrigerator for the exact same price and pay $84 that includes delivery & take away the old unit. They also have at least 150 refigerators at Sears Outlet & have a better Warranty than Pacific Sales / Best Buy.

    The absolute WORST experience of my life. Cost me over 20 hours of frustration as the result of gross incompetency. They sold me a refrigerator that did not fit into the specs I gave them. At check out, they CHARGED ME for things that I DID NOT AUTHORIZE. Corporate had to tell me that I was charged for things that I did not need, which I knew I did not need and therefore did not authorize. The delivery guys knew it didn't fit, but left it anyway. I tried to return it and schedule a pickup, but it wasn't actually returned and a pickup wasn't schedule so no one came as I sat there and waited for a pickup. Once it was finally returned, a refund was suppose to happen in days. But no- waited weeks, and no refund. On hold for over an hour with Corporate and they are unable to process the refund. I have to go and call the store in 2 hours. What the heck?! So livid! Worst experience ever. When I tried to purchase the replacement refrigerator from the store, they literally laughed at me and mocked me. The rudest, most lowest class people I have ever encountered. How dare you be so rude and treat a paying customer so horribly! They have done nothing but mess up over and over and over and over and over again!!!!!! Why? Why!!!
