Avoid. I made a large purchase of sevaral appliances for a new home. The fridge was delivered missing a shelf. I called IMMEDIATELY to have a replacement shipped. Was told 4-6 weeks for delivery. 3 months later, no shelf. I visited the store, explained the situation, and was told a new shelf would be ordered right away. 2 months later... No shelf. And while waiting, one of the OTHER shelves came apart. No way am I going to deal with these guys on a warranty issue, so I've just ordered them myself on my dime. Thanks for taking my money. Consider it the last time.

I wish I had seen these reviews before I purchased a fridge from Pacific Sales. Customer Service is nonexistent. They blame their parent company their computers whatever and now they've charged me for a 2nd fridge without picking up the damaged one and I don't know when the replacement will be delivered. I'm supposed to sympathize with the sales persons dilemma of working with an inept company...give me a break. Would it be to much to ask for this nightmare to end?
