  I explained on the phone to the beauty department that online there’s an option for natural makeup and skincare and was wondering if they had those options in the store. They explained “they had no idea what I was talking about and had nothing of that sort”. Not impressed with their customer service at all....

  I went today, to see what could be so much better about the Century City location. It seems mainly to be a copy of the Bloomingdale's. It's ALL about the couture, which I hate, and wouldn't buy even if I could afford it. MY moderately priced department, t.b.d., had almost nothing that I could find, unlike the Westside Pavillion location. There was almost nothing of the Caslon brand, from which I've gotten lovely dresses. Was there even a dress department? Also, if all they have next to the aisle is blingy $895 3" heels, I'll be shopping elsewhere. So sad.
