  Very rude. Staff that work for Mr. Newmark tryed to break in to our boat when we was gone only 30 mins have to lock up every time I leave now. Friend was attacked viciously there had to be hospitalized. Now newmarks won't renew the lease on the slip because he fears a lawsuit. Staff slanders my name talking badly and spreading rumers about me to other tenants trying to make life as an easy as he possibly can even went as far as to make fake documents saying I have a three day notice but they were never even notarized and didn't even have the correct address other Yacht Center the address that was on the letter is 2.9 miles away not even his property and to top it off two other staff members that are in charge of keeping the property clean and painted also are meth dealers and are known to board people's boats and strip them of brass and any other recyclables and then to top it off the funny part is I go into the restroom as I come out one staff member runs into the bathroom looks around and then tells a tenant that I stoled a light bulb and paper towels for the bathroom which I did not I'm not that broke and I'm not that ghetto I would like to just notify people and let them know of the scandalousness and thievery that goes on at the Yacht Center if you don't mind tweakers and thieves roaming around in the middle of the night and you don't worry about your stuff then I will go ahead and say that's the place for you but if you do cherish your property and don't like Tweakers and drug addicts I strongly suggest that you go somewhere else
