My sister bought my baby a blanket from here- I was very dissatisfied as the ends of the blanket seemed burned/matted after I VERY CAREFULLY washed/dried it following the instructions. I contacted them, and instead of replacing it, they offered me a 40% discount! Why would I want to buy another blanket when all I wanted to do was exchange mine! I have bought so so many of their products for my nieces and nephews and it was finally my turn to enjoy, but they just lost my business and I will never recommend them again. How sad. I loved that they are Made in USA So much for shopping small businesses I should have purchased at Von Maur or Nordstrom- then I could have returned it! Very disappointing!
