  I ordered a vanity, but due to Hurricane Irma I had to put off remodeling. I had water intrusion into my home and the roof needed to be done before going through with any plans to remodel anything else. The vanity sat, in it's box, on a pallet in my garage nearly 8 weeks. When I opened it I found a crack. The manufacturer said I waited too long, but Modern Bathroom stepped in and shipped me a replacement. They are a great company. It's scary, at times, to buy pricey things on the web, but this company conducts themselves in a great way. I would highly recommend purchasing from them.

  I just about never give 5 Star reviews, looks like an exception is in order. My Wife and I found MB online while designing and shopping for the remodel we are doing on our Master Bath (leak and mold kicked THAT off). The Vanity we ordered was from the Wyndham Collection, and looked intriguing, but we had SERIOUS concerns with ordering something THAT big and expensive online and getting it undamaged. Turned out it was NOT a problem at all MB was extremely helpful online and on the phone with any questions, shipping was VERY fast and we are on the other side of the country in Atlanta. Everything came on a pallet and packed like you wouldn't believe. Even the Trucking Company that delivered it was excellent and very courteous. We had one minor glass shelf that was broken which they expressed out to us when we notified them. The Vanity is a WOW as far as quality. I've done extensive woodworking and cabinet making when I had the tools and shop for it, and the quality of the construction of this thing is phenomenal, FAR better than I expected and actually even better than I hoped for. We've even had a follow-up call from them to ensure that everything was all right and that we are happy. Old Fashioned Customer Service is NOT something that I typically expect to find over the internet these days. Kudos to the MB Customer Service folks, and for some intelligent Management for establishing the policies to support this level of service, it will do nothing but build customers and a great reputation. We WILL be doing business with them again without ANY hesitation.
