  The employees are eager to please you and give you a great deal. Space is limited but they will gladly order clothes for you and deliver it to your home for a surprisingly low or nonexistent fee.

  A very miserable and uncomfortable experience. 12/27/16 First after calling the store and checking the hours I arrived at 5 only to find out the lone employee was at lunch until 6pm. My girlfriend and I went to eat and came back at 6 only to find that the employee was still not back. After waiting another 30 plus minutes the employee finally arrived back at the store only to tell another two customers that he was not able to help them with their tux return. After hearing the back and forth with them I finally was able to get measured for my tux but the entire experience was just very uncomfortable. The younger Hispanic gentleman working in the store was just very unprofessional and made several inappropriate and uncomfortable comments to me while measuring me. His comments were a variety of comments about my physique and how much I work out etc etc (I don't work out. At all actually) my girlfriend was there and witnessed the entire experience and was also made to feel very uncomfortable. I choose not to speculate the nature of the comments but I just know that when you go into get your tuxedo fitted you aren't supposed to be dealing with employee's making you feel very uncomfortable. I finally called corporate to complain about the situation today and I am very glad that I did. I imagine this has happened before with other individuals so they should b made to know about the situation. Customers shouldn't have to worry about things like this.
