I've used MacTalk for all Mac service and upgrades ever since I switched in 2003 and made my small business all Mac. Probably spent around $4k - $5k over the years. In general I've been satisfied with them. Today I wanted to return a protective casing my wife bought, in error, to her iPad - and was slapped in the face with a 15% restocking fee. Not much money but just bad bad bad policy. 15% for walking 15 feet to the left and put it back on the shelf! I will not go back. And you, the reader, should also vote with your feet and take your business somewhere else.
