The only reasons am giving the a 3 start is because i pay to have my helium tank full and the guy din't fill it up. Unfortunately i didn't notice until my staff told me it was empty and we only use it one time to inflated 5 jumbo aluminum letters. I couldn't complain on time and they said they can't do nothing about it. I will keep buying there but next time i will check it before leaving the store.
