I shopped in the toy dept of children's apparel. The floor was littered with toys, clothes as was most of the departments. The company needs to employ more personnel and clean up this store. What will the store look like when holiday shopping begins? I shudder to think. I have been a card member for many years and this is not the store it once was. Those managers/CEO in charge....make changes or you will lose customers.
