  Sarkis @ Jasmin's Fine Jewelery in Encino is a throwback to quality customer service. The first time my fiance and I came in, we had already purchased an engagement ring. Sarkis pulled some strings and kindly had it sized while we waited. Fast forward almost a year later. We came in again, to look at wedding bands. He had NO IDEA that we had already extensively shopped for exactly what we wanted. Instead he took the time to ask questions and ask us detailed questions about all aspects of what we wanted and showed many examples along the way. In the end, he earned the business for BOTH our wedding bands because he was patient, genuine, not pushy, and made the jewelry buying experience pleasant. Many other places were pushing the sale, not Sarkis.. he was putting our long-term happiness first.
