I put in a decent sized order for speed railing and was told I could order extra and avoid the restocking fee for off the shelf items. Low and behold when I returned the extra pieces they charged 15%. After going back and forth with Gary, he said the sales manager wouldn't approve waiving the fee. Terrible business to go back on their word. I'll be ordering from A-1 Milmac next time...
