They helped us install it and asked us if there is anything else we are looking for. I can honestly say that is more wall coming here then any other camera store I have visited today. Their prices are good. Nothing beats online pricing but you have to support your local store here and there especially when you need it now. If you can't find the item you are looking for they are more than happy to special-order it. They do not sell used items only new and it's very competitive and comprable on pricing. I would call this my home store give them a try
