From the initial meeting, he was very knowledgeable and educated, especially with roller shades w/side channels for complete blackout. I do not know another company that can do this and give you the complete blackout they promise to and I have been through this many times. He answered all my questions honestly and listened to my concerns. If you want knowledge, experience and get you you ask for they are 100% the company to go with.
