  Great, simple, clean record store. Wide selection of rock and jazz, low prices that make sense and are consistent across the board. Clear electronic price tags on plastic sleeves clearly list vinyl grades (which seem accurate), pressing year and country. Their brick and mortar and online presences seem well coordinated to keep track of inventory.

  Ordered a couple of times from the online site, was impressed by the pricing and shipping rates so gave it a couple of go's. Unfortunately, the true measure of a dealer is their response to client when something goes wrong. For this, these guys are awful - no response to any communication (my package never arrived and was not refunded properly)...they don't even send you a confirmation when your order something, they say a tracking # will be provided, it never was on any order. Brutal customer service and frankly, annoying. Why do anything retail online if you cant respond to simple polite emails? Bottom line, you can keep my money and not provide me any info on the package that never arrived. All good, no need to do anything more. But I wont waste more time on your site and business other than to submit this review as fair warning and go elsewhere.
