  Frank of Gem Dynasty has totally changed my bad perception about dealing with local diamond jewelers. I thought all of them were after my budget which Frank justified otherwise. This guy was so sincere and honest in providing all the possible diamond details against the limited budget that I had. He was able to maximize the best center stone which I found incredibly favorable. This company surely is not after how much they earn but how much earning they could provide to their customers.   I am reviewing Gem Dynasty because they were very helpful when it came to the various questions I asked about a loose diamond ring I had. They were very informative and explained how they specialize in what they do. I also asked her if they had any wedding rings and she told me yes. I asked if they make custom rings and she told me yes, whatever you want on it they can make it happen. My last question I asked was if they offer exchange service and she said yes. Their customer service is excellent and very trustworthy with their products/service. I was very pleased with their service and recommend this to anyone who is looking for an engagement ring, wedding ring, or just simply trying to repair /replace your diamond ring.
