  Never experienced bad customer experience like i had here. Owner is a disgruntled old man who judges people and might discriminate you for your appearance. Thumbs down here

  I just returned from this store. Went in to bring, what I thought were lotto winning numbers. The owner asked if they were winners and I said "I believe so. Some of them just have one number circled." He scanned the first one and actually yelled "THIS IS NOT A WINNER! YOU DIDN'T SCAN THESE!" I asked "why are you yelling at me? I explained that I don't play the lotto and thought maybe one number could win. He continued to scan my tickets, yelling again. Pointing to a scanner on the counter. I patiently told him to give me back my tickets and that I would be happy to scan them myself. He ignored me and continued to do it himself, once again scolding me each time. He finally says that a ticket is a winner and that I get $4. and that he's decided that he's going to give me another lotto ticket. I told him to please just give me the cash. He hands me the money and two of my tickets. One was the winner. I asked which ticket won, as both had the winning mega number. He GRABS my tickets and tore them up!!!! Shocked at his continual rude behavior, I asked "why are you taring up my tickets?" He said, "they don't tell me why you win." I took my money and left. This could have gone so differently. All he had to do was after the first ticket, show me the scanner the customer can do themselves. Done... Spared himself and taught me something. You want to own your own business? Fine, but if your not a customer service person, have someone else behind the counter. Your behavior was shameful and unwarranted. You don't deserve the one star.
