  It's always fun to take my friends to visit Chinatown and Olvera Street when they are visiting Los Angeles. This time I took some international college students visiting from around the world. Even the Taiwanese man had a good time. To be honest, the shopping centers do start to blend together, but this is one that is fun for especially great varieties in souvenirs, clothing, shoes, and even cooking materials. Though I was born in L.A. and have been to Chinatown many times since I was a small child, it's always a delight to get to explore this fun locale. My friends also had a fun time in Chinatown and this shopping center. This whole block is actually one of the most interesting and fun blocks to go in Chinatown, so don't limit yourself just to this one shopping center. Go up and down the street.
