I purchased a set of diamond earrings, and my wife did not exactly love them. I worked with the Diamond Studs to check their available inventory in order to upgrade my purchase to higher quality set of diamonds. They were always quick to respond and we ended up being very pleased with diamonds we received on our upgraded order. I love the fact that they offer free lifetime exchanges, as you never know when you might need to upgrade the diamonds to bigger set! Hopefully we are content for a while, but I know they will be prompt and courteous to respond to our needs and make sure we are 100% satisfied. Thanks.
