  Specifically the pharmacy, the rest of the store is fine as far as drug stores go (though the toothpaste section looked like a warzone the last time I was there). TL;DR: They had a prescription paper from me in early January (11th) dated "After February 4th", and still didn't have it ready nearly 6 weeks later (February 19th), nor any idea when it would be ready. Storytime: I went to fill a prescription in early/mid January (around the 11th), which they did not have, which is fine, I am used to that. In addition to my "fill immediately" script, I I had a fill-after-date prescription for February 4th, which I dropped off anyway, expecting to be able to pick up the medication some time after February 4th. I ended up traveling to a different CVS to fill my January script, but it turned out that this CVS had already put in an order for my "Fill After February 4th" script, which caused me a headache, but luckily the pharmacist at the other CVS resolved it with a phone call. So February rolls around, I reach the point where I need my prescription refilled relatively soon, and call them on the 8th, asking when I could come in to pick up my prescription (They have my number for texting alerts, but I had yet to get one - I figured they had simply failed to update the number in the system or something). They told me they had already filled my prescription at a different pharmacy in January - i.e., the other script I had. I told them I definitely left a "Fill After February 4th" script with them, and after some confusion and speaking to the pharmacist I was told "Oh, we tried to fill that, but it was on backorder," and I would need to come in "Next Tuesday" (the 13th of February). Alright, fine, I had enough of my previous script left. The 13th rolls along, I head over, they seem confused that I have a script to refill with them until once again the pharmacist pipes in to say that they "won't have it until next week." The 19th rolls along, and I call in and ask if I can pick it up yet, as it is next week. I am told that, again, I already filled the script in January, until they ask the pharmacist, and then I am again told it won't be available for another week. At this point, I ended up going elsewhere. Further, since it seems they cannot reliably fill a prescription, even with 39 days notice, I do not intend to go back there, either.
