  The staff at this pharmacy needs better training. I've been going there for months now to refill two prescriptions - yet every single month they make it the most complicated process in the world. They will tell you a prescription will be ready at a certain time - then you come in at that time and they don't even know what you're talking about. They've lost my prescription slip twice in the past and forced me to get a new one from my doctor, even though it was their fault. Any time there's an issue (need to call my doctor, call my insurance, etc) someone on their staff will always look me straight in the face and assure me multiple times they will help handle it. Which would be great... if they ever actually did. But they don't. They forget things, don't follow up, lose track of prescriptions and records, and then always blame it on someone else ("Oh, you're doctor should have known to handle this." or "That wasn't me, must've been someone on staff earlier in the day." blah blah blah). It's a constant uphill battle and a hassle to deal with them. Also, I've been there on multiple occasions when they were either gossiping behind the counter about a patient or saying what medicines people are taking very loudly. That is extremely sensitive information for some people. It's unprofessional and rude to behave like that. The only positive thing about this pharmacy is that they are open 24 hours and generally have most medicines in stock.

  I've been filling my prescription there for years and I have always had a good experience. The staff at this CVS have always been helpful and patient. When I've had to wait for a prescription to be filled it's because the doctor and I went without me calling and placing the order. Overall it's a nice corner store. Thank you
