  We were almost begging each staff to take our bill payment!... Came in to make a payment and purchase couches. First of all, an employee (I believe her name was Sonia) helped my husband and I look around to choose a couch . I'm very pleased with her courteous service. She was really nice and helpful.. second, with the payment though, we went to customer service and the finance center. Both places were gave us an attitude saying they couldn't process bill payments and didn't want to help with payment which I don't understand why they couldn't. There was a line at the kiosk, so went to search associates with the computers. Seems like They just don't take interest in taking customers' payments.
