  *********BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!******** If I could give 0 stars I would. They are LIARS and will take advantage of you and your budget! I have spoken to multiple colleagues that say the same things about their experience. The owner, Sharon, is one of the most unprofessional women I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. She has you on the phone while simultaneously screaming at her children and employees and will never return your call. If you need to speak with her you must call her multiple times and then she sticks her assistant on the phone if she does not feel like talking to you. Baffled by how they are still in business. I believe all three of the positive reviews before this are from family or friends of the company; extremely biased positive rating. I have never taken the time to write an online review, but I felt compelled to give my warning. I have been dealing with corporate gifting for almost 15 years and I have never encountered a company as disorganized, unethical and dishonest as this one. Myself and my fellow colleagues have ordered through this HORRIFIC company multiple times until we couldn't give them anymore chances. They lied and told my assistant that gifts had arrived to clients when they had not even been shipped yet, MULTIPLE TIMES. I received complaints from my personal clients about gifts delivered with the wrong card attached or with the contents of the gifts arriving broken or with torn packaging, which almost led me to lose clients myself. Lastly, we discussed and agreed upon a budget, which included tax, delivery etc, and the owner disregarded it and went over by at least $20-$50 each gift. After I had my assistant follow up about the overcharge, a rude woman (I believe named Tiffany) said that the extra charges were for wrapping and labor, WHICH WAS NOT TOLD TO MYSELF OR MY ASSISTANT DURING OUR PRIOR DISCUSSIONS. My assistant tried to call back again multiple times to try and remedy the issue but never got a call back. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. This company is supposed to help with gifting, but in reality they are just a HUGE headache and will end up costing you more in the long run than personally purchasing your own gifts. Shame on me for giving them my business more than once. DO NOT MAKE MY SAME MISTAKE!

  Recently placed an order with Couture for gift baskets for a family event. The experience and the gift boxes exceeded my expectations. Sharon and her team went above and beyond and they did an amazing job. Everyone that got a basket left with a smile and the event was a huge success. Grateful to the Couture Team.

  My girlfriend ordered me this gift box and it had everything I could use now that i am going back to school. The gift was so thoughtful. Thank you so much for putting such a fantastic gift together for me. Great company great products!
