Everyone in the car wash department is friendly and always helpful but the night shift staff inside the store are terrible. Specifically team member Majod. I came in with a low tire and requested for the air machine to turn on. (03/09/2018) Majod was on the cashier and on his phone when I came in. I asked him if he can please turn on the machine but he just waved me off. I went outside and the machine was not on. When I came back in he gave me attitude and was very unprofessional. He blamed the problem on the machine and took no responsibility for his lack of action. I tried pain for the air but he very rudely said to put the money in the machine.
