  On 11/15, there was a shooting on Sherman Way. Sherman Way was shut down from Sepulveda to Van Nuys Blvd. No one could get home. There were cars parked in all the parking lots in the area. Filled to the brim. I parked at the Chevron station. They had my car towed. No other businesses in the area towed the cars because they understood the circumstances. It cost me $223 because I couldn't find a parking space. There were 3 other cars that got towed. How rude is this. It would have been the neighborly thing to do to let people park in their lot. We were not blocking anyone from filling up with gas. They should be ashamed of themselves.
