  Visited Comoncy. Food was good, but the help was not. ** Make sure NOT to leave a tip until you leave! (And do so only if you feel a tip is warranted). ** I ordered a triple cappuccino, but got a regular latte. I told tge waiter, and he said he'd exchange it. Then, he turned around and started cleaning a table, taking back dirty dishes, etc. When he came back, he started wiping off the dirty table (there were 3 other clean tables, so it's not like that was the only table available! ) I asked if I should take my coffee back to the register, but he said he'd take care of it. Then, continued wiping off that table, the one next to it, arranging the tables and chairs, etc. before finally takung my coffee to be exchanged. I still onky git a single, not triple shot, but I decided to count my blessings that I got something close to what I ordered. Then came my order. It looked great, and rasted just as good. However, the waiter knocked down my knife to the floor when he brought my order. He picjed it up and told mw he'd bring me another one. He dusappeared and didn't see hum until he went to talk to 2 girls who had just sat down. I couldn't get his attention, I never got my knife, and not once did he never come by to ask if everything was ok or if we needed anything. The worst part of this is, when you pay at the register (at the time of your order, of course), you're asked to add your tip amount to your order, BEFORE you have any idea what the service will be like. Also, even though we got some takeout items, and they were labeled as such, they still computed tip on the entire total. Again, don't tip until the end (and only if you feel a tip is deserved), and make sure it's for the "eat-in" portion only.
