  Terrible Customer service after they provided unsatisfactory goods. I cannot recommend this provider and advise all potential customers to look elsewhere.

  They were pleasant enough when I personally delivered the returned item that I mistaken got on amazon, but the next day when my refund came into my bank It was $155 short of what I payed. The idiots charged me a 20% restocking fee!! For what? The five minutes it took them to put it back on the shelf! I order a ton of tile materials and they will not see another dime from my company!

  Great prices but poor customer service. Called prior to placing my order to clear up some confusion on how many items were going to be needed. Placed my order and when it arrived it clearly states on the box that 4 cartons are required. I was told that I only needed one carton. When I called in I got the same person that originally helped me. I explained the situation and that I needed to have the rest of the items delivered next day or Saturday delivery. I was informed that they don't do Saturday delivery even though the first items came fedex (which delivers on saturday) so my only option was to pay almost 80 dollars in freight for their mistake. No other assistance was offered. Way to step up on the customer service.
