    Their geek squad appointment process is about as flawed I could imagine. I bought a new laptop at Best Buy and I needed my old hard drive data transferred. They gave the option of making an appointment for the next day or waiting in line to have this done. There was only one person in line and it seems better than taking the stuff home just to bring it back the next day when they had an appointment. I should have known when the Best Buy floor person offered to get me a chair that it would be a problem. With one person in line in front of me it took 45 minutes before I was called. It took an additional half hour to process my order. And this is with most of our information in the system already. And they still got things wrong. they told me that would be a 24 to 48 hour wait. They do have an online status feature. And it is pretty much useless. The only updates were agents assigned which happened 18 hours after I was there. And the call that I got today which was 40 hours after I left the store. He told me that I can make an appointment for tomorrow at 1:20 p.m. To pick it up or I can take my chances and wait in line again. They seriously have not figured out the concept of a pick-up line. This is not something where anything needs to be done but my new laptop hand it to me I've already paid for everything. This is my first experience with the Geek Squad and it will be my last.

    One of the better Best Buy stores in the area that have a nice layout good selection and good pricing as well as Internet matching. The location has great parking and accessibility and it's in a well laid-out location. Highly recommend.

    The customer service here is horrible, I went there with a friend to buy a case for his iPad. He looked on the web and saw a lower price and he wanted to get it priced matched. So we went to the registers, where we asked and we were told that the case we has wasn't the one on the ad. So we asked if they had the one that we found. They said they did, and that it's somewhere in the area that we found that case we had. My friend didn't have an issue with it, but I know since I work in retail. We asked the member is he needed me to show or go grab it for them. Anyways whatever, we found the item and went back up to the register with the correct item and asked again to the same cashier if we can get price match and they told us no. (I was wondering if they weren't going to honor the price matching. Why didn't they just tell us.) So we asked if we can talk to the manager or supervisor. The cashier said "fine, I'm letting you know what they are going to say but if you insist." They left for about seem 4-5 minutes and they told us that "the manager isn't going to honor anything that's on the web. We were comparing prices from Amazon. So finally after all this, my friend wanted to complain about the service we had. We just wanted corporate's number and we were denied!! We were told "we already told you we are NOT going to honor the price match." My friend replied I'm asking for the number for a different issue. But thank you, I'll get the number myself. Have a good day. The only good that came out from that trip, was the door greeter he was super polite and if he asked us if he could help us in anyway he can. But at that point we gave up on this location.
