  This is the last time I will shop at Bed Bath and Beyond. I came into the store because I had a coupon. However, that coupon did not load properly, and they could not get the bar code from my phone. After spending an hour looking around and grabbing more items than I can in for(which happens) they would not give me the 20% discount because the coupon failed to load!!!!! REALLY! In this day and age where shopping is happening on line and a customer comes to your empty store to spend money because they have a coupon, why would the manager just not give me the 20% on my $60 purchase.????? Instead ( her name was Emily) she told me I could come back when the coupon loaded properly which could take 24 hrs!!! Hence, I walked out of the store and purchased my items online instead! And they wonder why their stores are empty? Come on Bed Bath, a customer who came in to use a coupon... you would rather them walk out and not spend any money and never come back again because you could not give a lousy 20% What a shame. That could have gone so differently.

  The store has great selection and good prices, very organized and multiple levels layout makes a really big place to shop for almost everything you need for your home but furniture and big appliances

  Horrible directions on where to park and enter (there are hardly any signs). Completely disorganized, cramped, and not enough workers. My husband and I wanted to buy the Philips Hue LED lights and not only did it take them 5+ minutes to go get it but the card we picked up off of the shelf wasn’t even available in the back (it’s an item they have to bring out to you). Absolutely ridiculous. I’ve never had such a bad experience shopping anywhere before.
