  I bought a 40 inch tv from them and it stopped working 2 WEEKS after I bought it. I took it in to exchange and they said no I can't exchange, they will send it to get repaired and they will call me THREE DAYS LATER to update. Of course I don't get a call..so when it gets almost 5 pm I call them..TV isn't ready, come get it tomorrow at 11 am. So I call before I come and of course the TV isn't ready.. "the warehouse is closed" how did you not know that yesterday when you told me it would be ready?!? Now I have to wait 3 MORE DAYS instead of them just exchanging the TV. They are SO raggedy. Wish I would have just spent an extra $30 at a different store and not had to deal with them. Hoping they can get my TV back to me without this turning into an even bigger issue because I am not about to waste my $250 on this foolishness. Learn from my mistakes and do not spend your $$$ here!! UPDATE: I went to pick up my tv today and they tried to have me take it home when NOTHING HAD BEEN FIXED. All of the same issues were still there..I don't even know if they ever took it to "the warehouse" to be fixed. When I asked if they could check that the replacement they were forced to give to me worked, the owner yelled at me about waiting a couple of months to bring in the tv. The tv had a 1 year warranty. I live by myself and couldn't carry the tv alone so I had to wait til my sister was in town...not that that's ANY of his business. I have no doubt in my mind that they will sell that broken tv to someone else that comes in...seriously do not take your money here.
